ShooSpam was founded to provide simple, yet powerful email security solutions to businesses of any size. Our founders created the company after recognizing a void in the SMB marketplace for an easy, affordable email security solution.Upon hearing many administrators complain about the high-priced and complicated solutions available, our founders decided to offer an alternative – AppRiver: easy, effective, affordable spam and virus protection.
Our focus from the beginning has been to create a solution that would provide spam and virus capture rates second to none. We are constantly finding ways to better our core technology and provide an enhanced product to our customers.

ShooSpam's success and growth has been built upon exceptional client care. After all, listening to the needs of industry administrators helped us get started in the first place. ShooSpam is based out of Shreveport & Bossier, Louisiana and maintains multiple Tier 1 data centers at secure locations in the United States and Europe. Our customer portfolio contains more than 20,000 clients on six continents who rely on ShooSpam technology to increase network security and protect corporate productivity. We have more than 10 employees and expect to continue our growth mode into 2006.
ShooSpam is a private company and we use proprietary technology for all service offerings. We own, manage and license our signature database (Shoos Noos), which is incorporated in all ShooSpam products.
